Certified organic farming systems prohibit the use of artificial chemicals, fertilisers, pesticides and anything genetically modified (GM).

Our Farmers

We have loyal certified organic and bio dynamic  farmers throughout Australia growing a variety of grains for us.

These farmers are highly skilled in their field and adhere to the strict certification standards of certified organic and bio dynamic farming.

Farm audits are conducted annually by certifying officers to ensure standards are kept.

These farmers often have to deal with adverse weather conditions, droughts, floods, frosts, wind and everything else that nature throws at them. This is reflected when we are short of certain  grains because we only use certified grains grown by Australian farmers.

Their dedication to the land and perseverance assures we receive the highest quality grains that they are able to produce.  For this, we are extremely grateful.



Where it all began

The history of Four Leaf Milling began with  the purchase of the family farm  in 1969. There was no history of chemical use and Gavin reasoned the wheat produced must be healthier for his young family as white flour has its wheat germ and bran removed. Since these humble beginnings, Four Leaf has grown and now producing over 60 certified organic and bio dynamic  Australian grain products.
