Ingredients

225g 85% light flour
50g chick pea flour
50g butter; melted
50g cheese; grated
1 egg; beaten
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 tablespoon soya sauce
teaspoon black pepper
milk

Method

Preheat oven to 200C.

Rub the butter into the flours, then add all remaining ingredients, except the milk, mixing well. Add enough milk to form a stiff dough.

Roll the dough to approx " thick. Cut into 2-3" rounds and place on a greased baking tray. Brush with milk and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Slice and serve with butter while still warm. Delicious with salads or soups.
