Ingredients

2 cups maize flour
cup plain flour
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
water

Method

Mix flours, oil and salt together. Knead to a soft pliable dough, adding very little water at a time. When the dough is very smooth and soft, shape into a ball. Flatten out with palm of hand or a rolling pin, dust with flour to avoid sticking.

Place on a non-stick pan and roast until cooked. Turn over to cook both sides.
