Ingredients

1 cup millet flour
cup wholewheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup milk
cup honey

Method

Preheat oven to 200C.

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add egg, oil, milk and honey. Mix well, pour into a greased 20cm pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
