Ingredients

1 cups hulled millet
head cauliflower cut into flowerettes
1 cups cheese; grated
1 onion; sliced
250g mushrooms; sliced
2 cloves garlic; crushed
2 tablespoons butter
lemon juiced
1 teaspoon basil
paprika

Method

Prheat oven to 180C.

Precook millet. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter and lemon juice. Remove and place in large bowl. Reheat pan and saute garlic, basil and cauliflower, season with salt and pepper. Remove, add to the large bowl along with all remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into casserole dish. Dust with paprika.

Bake, covered for hour.
