Crockpot Breakfast

Ingredients

cup pearl barley
cup hulled millet
cup brown rice
8 cups water
cup dates; diced
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

Place all ingredients in crockpot (or slowcooker). Mix well, cook on low overnight. In the morning, stir and serve hot with milk or a substitute of your choice.
