Perfect Porridge

Ingredients

2 cups water
pinch salt
1 cup rolled oats
teaspoon cinnamon
cup sultanas
cup chopped walnuts
milk
sweetener

Method

Combine the water and salt in a small saucepan and turn the heat to high.

When the water boils, turn the heat to low, add oats, and stir until the water is just absorbed (about 5 minutes).

Add cinnamon, sultanas and walnuts, stir, cover the pan and turn off heat. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Serve with milk and sweetener.

Serves 2.
