Ingredients

cup wheat bran
1 cup rolled oats
cup sesame seeds
cup 100% wholewheat flour
cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
cup raw sugar
cup sultanas
cup butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 eggs; lightly beaten

Method

Combine all dry ingredients. Melt butter and honey, then add to the dry mixture. Stir in lightly beaten eggs and combine thoroughly. Firmly press the mixture into a lightly greased 28x18cm slice tin.

Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
