1 cup 100% wholewheat flour
1¼ cups 85% light flour
1 cup water
1 dessertpoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons yeast
½ teaspoon salt
Follow breadmaker instructions.
* 85% light flour only may be used;
* If using normal white flour, add some 100% wholewheat flour to enhance the flavour;
* Add Multigrain Mix for a grain bread;
A little Bread Improver mix is recommended.
Breadmakers come with a capacity for various sized loaves. This recipe is for an old Panasonic breadmaker, which has a small bucket. For larger loaves, add half the recipe again or double recipe for a full-sized loaf.
Can add ¼ teaspoon vitamin C (available from health food shops) to every ½ kg flour for a moister and more perfect rise loaf.
