Ingredients

1 cup 85% light flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
cup white rice flour
1 1/3 cups stabilised rolled oats
cup coconut
cup milk powder
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon powdered ginger
2/3 cup sultanas
2/3 cup chocolate chips
cup peanuts; chopped
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
cup oil or melted butter
cup molasses
cup honey
2 eggs; beaten

Method

Stir together all of the dry ingredients. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Measure the oil, then the honey and molasses in the same measuring cup. Beat all the liquid ingredients together thoroughly. Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients and combine until moist. If the mixture seems too dry add some milk or water until the dough is of dropping consistency. Drop the cookies onto greased tray.

Bake in moderate oven for 10-12 minutes.
