Ingredients

3 cups 100% wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oil
1 cup water

Method

Mix together 2 cups of flour with salt, add oil and mix well. Pour in the water and mix to a firm dough, then knead for 10 minutes. Set aside for hour.

Shape the dough into small balls and coat with the remaining flour. Roll out each ball into a circle of about 10cm in diameter. Fry in a lightly oiled frypan (sizzling hot) for about 2 minutes on each side.
