Ingredients

2 cups 85% light flour
teaspoon salt
cup butter
6 tablespoons cold water

Method

Sift flour & salt into a bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives. Sprinkle water (1 tbs at a time) over mixture, stirring with a fork until it forms a ball. Divide in half & roll each into a circle between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Dough rolls better if chilled before rolling.
