Ingredients

3 cups wholemeal SR flour
1 can of beer at room temperature
cup of water

Method

Preheat oven to 180C.

Pour beer and water in bowl, add the SR flour. Gently mix together - do not over mix or knead. Place mixture into 2 well greased organge tins or 2 muffin trays.

Sprinkle with bran and bake for 45 minutes.
