Four Leaf Milling began in the 1960s on the Dunn family farm in the Mid North Region of South Australia. It has now grown to be one of Australia’s most trusted organic and biodynamic producer of grain and grain products. With a renewed and fresh approach to the business in 2024, Four Leaf’s owner Michele Lally is redesigning new products and improving the traditional products that have always been available. We’d love to hear from you as we transition into a modern grain business offering different and exciting new products.

Our Certification

As a certified organic grain and flour producer, we follow strict systems to ensure there is no use or trace of artificial chemicals, fertilisers, pesticides or anything Genetically Modified in our food products. Our farmers and mill are audited annually by Australia’s strict Organic and biodynamic Certification bodies.

Our Farmers

We have loyal certified organic and bio dynamic farmers throughout Australia growing a variety of grains for us to process and delivery to you today. These farmers are well respected local family farming businesses who adhere to the strict certification standards of certified organic and bio dynamic farming. These farmers grow our grains with care and specialist organic crop management for the best product available to work with in your kitchen. Four Leaf Milling is the only brand using exclusively Australian Grown Grain. Without our wonderful organic Farmers, there wouldn’t be any of our product so for that, we are extremely grateful.
